Previously giving votes to candidates was based on three options – thumbs up, neutral, or thumbs down. Based on our customers’ requests, the voting has now been changed.
Now you can rate the candidate using stars (1-5), and sort the candidates based on these ratings or by date the candidate has replied to the interview. You can view the ratings others have given by hovering the cursor above the star icon.

Rating candidates is simple - just click on the stars (1-5).
Candidates can be sorted according to ratings or by reply date.
You can use hashtags when commenting on a candidate (separately or within a phrase). This allows you to classify candidates however you see best. These hashtags are interview specific and by typing “#” into the field you'll find all the used hashtags automatically.
