It was January 2012 when we launched Recruitby.net to the recruitment market. At that time there were about 15 companies globally that were offering digital solutions to renew recruitment interview practices.
During the past five years we have seen the market starting to grow. More than 250 000 job applicants have completed video interviews and more than 500 organizations of all sizes have used our tool. We have gathered comments from 30 000 candidates about the their experience of video interviews. Hundreds of recruiters have also given their input to us.
The growth of our business has shown us that we are doing the right things in the right way.
During 2016 we made a big effort and renewed the video recruitment tool completely. We also re-branded our service to RecRight on the 7th of January. We want to encourage many more organizations to recruit the right way: use modern methods, tell about yourself as employers in a better way and most of all meet your job applicants in a flexible, human and effective way.
Our new tool, with its new features, offers a great tool for all recruiters that still use inbox and excel as the recruiting toolset. RecRight can easily be used by infrequent recruiter as well a full-time recruiter in a big agency or corporation. Our tool can also be integrated to existing ATS's that the customers already use. The candidates can do their part completely with a mobile device and the recruiter can easily use video where it supports the process in the optimal way.
It's a good time to hand over the leadership of the company to new hands. As of February 1st, Riku Malkki is the new CEO of RecRight and Ari Beilinson will move to another technology company.
