How it works?
- Employer opens a new position, records a few video questions or uses text questions. Then (depending on which option is chosen) selected candidates will be invited to a video interview, or a public video interview can be used, on which candidates are able to invite themselves to the video interview.
- Candidates receive the invites via e-mail, and can access the interview by simply clicking a link provided.
- Candidates record their answers, type their name, e-mail address and a link to their LinkedIN profile to the fields provided on the interview page.
- Employer reviews the video answers, checks candidates’ LinkedIN profiles if necessary, and invites the best ones to a face-to-face interview.
From applicant’s perspective, the whole process can be completed all the way from spotting an interesting job ad to being invited to a personal interview by using a mobile device – anytime, anywhere. It really doesn’t get much more convenient than that.
