Recruiter tips: LinkedIN profile integration available!

Social recruiting using mobile devices has been one of the hottest trends in recruitment during the last couple of years, and with the constantly developing smart phones and tablets, the trend does not seem to be fading away in the near future. With Recruitby.net’s latest feature – LinkedIN profile integration – the job application process as a whole can be conducted using mobile devices. Talking about a great candidate experience, right?

Candidates can now easily link their resumes or LinkedIN profiles with their video interview.

How it works?

  1. Employer opens a new position, records a few video questions or uses text questions. Then (depending on which option is chosen) selected candidates will be invited to a video interview, or a public video interview can be used, on which candidates are able to invite themselves to the video interview.
  2. Candidates receive the invites via e-mail, and can access the interview by simply clicking a link provided.
  3. Candidates record their answers, type their name, e-mail address and a link to their LinkedIN profile to the fields provided on the interview page.
  4. Employer reviews the video answers, checks candidates’ LinkedIN profiles if necessary, and invites the best ones to a face-to-face interview.

From applicant’s perspective, the whole process can be completed all the way from spotting an interesting job ad to being invited to a personal interview by using a mobile device – anytime, anywhere. It really doesn’t get much more convenient than that.
